In 2027, BMC Records will release a new album featuring Péter Kiss performing the complete piano works of Péter Eötvös. The recording reflects a longstanding artistic relationship between pianist and composer: Kiss gave the Hungarian premieres of Eötvös’s piano works, studied the pieces directly with the composer, and performed music that Eötvös dedicated to him. Following the composer’s death in 2025, the album stands as Kiss’s personal tribute to Eötvös and his musical legacy.
